The old town is a place where time goes back. This is the right place for a romantic walk through the history. The old town is an animated place though. A lot of shops, boutique hotels, press and music shops, restaurants, taverns and bars create a lively unique atmosphere

This Medieval town is still alive through the passage of the centuries. “Inside the walls” live and work more than 6.000 people. The old town is a major attraction of the island and is visited by thousands of visitors. It is considered as worldwide heritage by Unesco.
